Two options to sign up
- Parents can include a Grand Knights Membership when submitting their own membership form. Reminder membership includes one shirt. Additional shirt(s) can be purchased as an add on.
- If the Parent does not request a Grand Knight Membership at checkout, Grandparent(s) can complete this form for their connection to be verified. Once verified, a registration link will be emailed by Kendall PTO for our Grand Knights to complete the membership process.
